Meet Amanda

First, thank you for considering me as your photographer.

I am a Patrick County native and currently reside in Stuart, VA.  As a kid, I spent a lot of time outside and in the woods.  I always find being in nature relaxing.  I enjoy hiking especially to see waterfalls.  I've had the Devil's Bathtub located in Duffield, VA on my bucket list for a long time!

I am a full time Special Education Teacher and a mother of four amazing children.  I have been taking photos for about six years.  I did it mainly as a hobby and decided to open my business and studio in January of 2023.

Why I do what I do:

I love meeting other people and seeing families interact with one another. When I lost my father, I realized how little photos I had of him. I probably would feel the same even if I had hundreds more. Time is fleeting and I believe that you cannot have too many photos with your loved ones!  I love being able to capture moments that will last a lifetime.  ​
